To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: 🔒 Deposit & Booking Confirmation - A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. - Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. - This deposit goes toward your final service balance. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy - Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule without losing their deposit. - To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment. - The $50 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session. - After one reschedule, any further changes will require a new $50 non-refundable deposit to book a new date and time. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows - If you cancel without rescheduling, the $50 deposit is forfeited. - No-shows or same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit and may affect your ability to book future services. 📞 Contact to Reschedule or Cancel - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone at (954) 778-2338 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
