Booking Policy - Valencia's Visuals
Thank you for choosing Valencia’s Visuals for your graphic design needs. To ensure a smooth and professional process, please review the following booking terms: 💳 Deposit & Booking Confirmation - A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to begin your design project. - This deposit confirms your spot in the project queue and will be applied to your final balance. - No work will begin until the deposit is received and a consultation meeting has occurred. ⚡ Rush Orders - If you require an expedited turnaround (ASAP delivery), a $25 rush fee will be added to your remaining balance. - Rush availability depends on current workload and will be confirmed upon booking. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds - The $25 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. - If the project is canceled after design work has started, additional fees may apply based on the amount of work completed. 🧾 Final Deliverables - Final files will be delivered only after the remaining balance (and any applicable rush fees) has been paid in full.
